Shipping Policy

At IcyChill, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods such as holidays or promotions. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay with your order.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are between 7 and 9 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 10 to 12 business days.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. IcyChill is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
IcyChill offers free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. No shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
IcyChill ships worldwide. Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. IcyChill has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
IcyChill is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at davidmendez70tx@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, IcyChill reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees from any refund issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at davidmendez70tx@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
European Union
Customers in the European Union have the right to receive their order within the agreed timeframe. If delivery fails within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, EU customers are entitled to a full refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
