We offer a 15-day return policy worldwide. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at davidmendez70tx@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you — no return shipment required.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send all authorized returns to: 13021 Legendary Dr, Austin, TX 78727, United States. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care and hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, items purchased on sale or with a discount code, and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, request a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union & United Kingdom — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Australia
Regardless of this policy, customers in Australia retain statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is defective, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
